As a school social worker at the Marley Glen School, I am beyond grateful for Sunflowers for Sallie. They are a top notch organization, from their efficient administration, planning, and communication to the detail of the baskets they contribute.
Our amazing families at the Marley Glen School experience unique stresses and challenges. We are a special education center for Anne Arundel County students ages 3 to 21 with significant disabilities and medical needs.
Over the last 3 years, Sunflowers for Sallie has contributed hundreds of holiday meal baskets for our families. These baskets are wellbeyond the basics of a holiday meal. The food is high quality and they are beautifully arranged by incredible volunteers. Each basket is created with dignity and respect that is passed along to our families.
It is an honor to give a Sunflowers for Sallie to our families and witness their gasps of surprise and happiness at the abundance of the baskets.  I am very lucky!
